This booklet gives a policy framework to address the  issues faced by the internally displaced persons  (IDPs),  which is a result of research process that was initiated  by Aurat Foundation back in 2010.  Although it is an initial but to also  ‘consensual’ document on IDPs developed through a process of research and consultation meetings with  several stakeholders at local, provincial and national level.
